Okay, use this (jpeg version) as your key for my breakdown of what's on here...
1.I swear I am looking at the butt end of a spider someone squished into his hair. See the four dangling legs? NOW YOU CANNOT UNSEE!
2.Apparently the SecretShot II in the German edition was going to fire a large bomb of some sort. I mean, isn't there usually a hinge there?
3.Level design in this is actually pretty close unlike everything else. It looks like if you took amateur arena and urban arena and smashed them together.
4.Apparently I skipped 4, so let me just use this one to say I swear I have that same jacket that the main guy is wearing minus the Atari zipper.
5.Looks like a double-barreled triplestrike. I recovered the tip of it from another box art where the "arena" wasn't covering so much of it. So, unofficial proof that they thought the TS was over-powered? Cuz all the other guns look like Nerf Transformers.
6.Pulsator? Or possibly Sidewinder beta? Remember the red and yellow one? It HAS to have been a Sidewinder beta because the Pulsator exists in real life and the sidewinder did not (Sidewinder is red and yellow too!). They re-colored and added detail to all the guns anyway, so its not like you can tell in this shot anyway.
7.Wildfire on steroids. Ironically, quite close to the size of the real life Wildfire. Still, only a guess.
8.Can anyone say NerfCannon? Looks like the deluxe model came with about 10 barrels, much too small for a NerfCannon ball, but perfect for a normal orange ball. Just imagine a Ballzooka with twice the barrels. Reminds me of the Demoman's grenade launcher a bit too.
9.Bullet holes? From what? Oh, I get it, they must be using modded blasters. XP
10.So, not to alarm anyone, but according to most reviews I've watched 'Atari' is synonymous with 'suck'. Seeing as how this guy has an Atari jacket, earring(s? possible hint at gender? XD) and ring, this guy must be a total Atari fanboy(girl?)...
I'd like to clarify that there is a difference between loving NAB and loving anything Atari creates.

13.This is one heck of an UGMO... seriously, don't even look at him in the other picture. In the low res version, he looks like a bulldog.

16.Because he needed a third color of hair on his face, right?
17.Well that's not very family friendly attire.
In conclusion, I'm going to guess this artwork was drawn by an artist in Germany talking to the US developers over the phone as they attempted to describe what the game looked like in broken German phrases from an English to German dictionary. I guess the German words for 'teenagers with nerf guns' sound a lot like the German words for 'male, ugly, German thirty year-olds'. They probably threw in the hot chicks to keep us from looking too long at the males. Ugh, I think I need a Pepto...
